Our timetables sometimes need to be amended due to events or planned engineering work for track maintenance and infrastructure upgrades.
Please note that during unplanned disruption, our timetable can change at short notice. Please use our Journey Planner before setting off on the day of your journey.
You don't need to do anything. Just check our website or app before you travel.
If you still want to travel during disruption please see the information for your date of travel in the drop downs above.
If you can still travel there is no need to rebook, simply reserve your seat before traveling.

If either part of your journey is affected by industrial action or engineering then you are entitled to a full, fee-free refund for your whole journey if you decide not to travel.

If you pre-booked assistance for a journey through LNER that has been changed or cancelled, then your Passenger Assist request will be amended - but we'll be in touch with you directly.
If you booked Passenger Assist elsewhere, we recommend contacting them directly.

If you are travelling on a different train, please make a free seat reservation on your new train and travel as close to your original booked times as possible.
