Car parking

Car parking made simple. Most of our car parks have ANPR pay on exit technology, meaning it's easy to park up and get to your train. Check our station pages for specific car park information.

Select a seat

If you've booked an Advance ticket, you can choose your favourite seat in your account. If you have a flexible ticket or are travelling on a pass or Season ticket, use our seat reservation tool to be reserve a seat.

Assisted travel

If you have restricted mobility or access needs, we can help you with your journey. You can book your assisted travel, as well as wheelchair spaces and companion seats when booking on our website or mobile app.

Arrive early

Give yourself plenty of time to get to your platform, especially if you have to park your car, have lots of luggage, or are travelling with children.

Sign up for LNER Assistant when booking your ticket and download the LNER App to get alerts about what platform to go to and what time your train is due.
