Where is the Arsenal Emirates Stadium?

Arsenal Emirates Stadium is located in the Holloway area of North London. Nestled within the vibrant borough of Islington nearby landmarks include Highbury Fields and Finsbury Park, and there's a variety of shops, restaurants, and pubs that create a bustling atmosphere – especially on match days.

How do I get to Arsenal's Emirates Stadium?

If you’re travelling into London from other parts of the UK, the nearest LNER station is London King’s Cross.

From King’s Cross you have several options of public transport which include the Underground, the Overground, and buses.

You can book your LNER train ticket to include Underground travel that takes you right to the stadium's doorstep. Or you may find it easier to use an Oyster card or contactless to pay as you go if you want to explore London first.

Getting to the Emirates by tube and Overground

Arsenal is the nearest tube station and is just 3 stops from King’s Cross Underground Station. The walk from Arsenal tube station to the stadium is around three minutes, however, it's likely to be the busiest of the options available. There also isn't any step-free access leading from the station platforms to the station exit.

You can also get off a stop early at Holloway Road. It's a similar distance to the stadium as Arsenal, but please note that it's exit-only before matches, and will be closed for up to 2 hours after the match.

Alternatively, you can stay on the Piccadilly line and get off at Finsbury Park. From here it’s about a 10-minute walk to the ground, but this route is usually less busy. Finsbury Park station is also wheelchair accessible.

The Victoria line is also an option to get to Finsbury Park, as it's just 2 stops away from King’s Cross with Overground services also running directly from King’s Cross to Finsbury Park.

Highbury & Islington is another Victoria Line station that's around a 10-minute walk from the Emirates Stadium. This route should also be less crowded and wheelchair accessible.
