Curry Capital
Bradford is officially Curry Capital of Britain, thanks to its excellent curry restaurants. South Asian influences can be found all around the city, take a look at the eye-catching Mughal Water Gardens, in Lister Park. Retail therapy
Bradford is a brilliant place for shoppers with a mix of big high street names and independent shops where you can always find something unique. The Kirkgate Centre or new shopping centre The Broadway are your best bet for the famous shops. There’s also Forster Square Shopping Park right next to the railway station. Otherwise we’d recommend Saltaire or Haworth for authentic markets and vintage items.
